See Your Vision - Build Your Plan
We work with clients, their families, their other professional advisors to create a comprehensive plan that meets or exceeds expectations. Our clients expect a smooth transition between ownership of wealth in a timely fashion without controversy. The relationship continues after the documents are created, affording the family members who will be helping as trustees and executors to proactively learn about their roles.
At Law Firm, we specialize in bringing the law to your corner. We are dedicated to open communication opportunities at no additional cost. We will work with you and your family through all stages of the planning process to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them. A consistent and dedicated process produces consistent and appropriate results.
We start by understanding your vision for your people, your assets, and your values. Our team works to make sure that not only the right words get on the paper, but the picture that you see in your mind is reflected in an estate plan that is uniquely yours, your "helpers" and beneficiaries are given opportunities to learn about their roles and the protections you provided to transfer your wisdom and your wealth. Your plan is created, fueled, and maintained to work when a crisis hits.
We have been empowering families for decades to create estate plans that are unique to them and that meet or exceed their estate planning goals. Our firm has been in the same convenient location for more than 20 years with ample free parking, first floor access, and a traffic light at the entrance to the parking lot! We have meaningful relationships with our client families, spanning multiple generations in many cases, putting families in a position to effectively transfer and receive their family wealth and values.
